The Reeves Envico Senior Management Team has significant expertise spanning decades of experience in the industry in Australia and overseas. They have the shared responsibility of maintaining an environment that is conducive to high performance, one that yields our desired results across all markets and sectors in which we operate.
Chairman and Director
Peter is the Chairman and Director of CCB Envico and Reeves International. Peter holds a Bachelor of Building (Quantity Surveying) from the University of Melbourne. He has been the Chair Industry Advisory Panel, Trade Institute of Victoria (2010 – 2012) and University of Melbourne guest lecturer to final year students on Heritage Construction costing methods (2010 – 2017).
Peter has 40 years’ experience in managing and estimating construction projects in the Australian Building Industry. This includes 25 years’ experience in managing building projects in developing countries for the Australian Government. Peter specializes in Bills of Quantities, Cost Plans and other essential project foundation documentation for Infrastructure Projects that evaluate risk. As an experienced construction professional, he has developed extensive knowledge of materials, construction techniques, subcontractors and artisan tradesmen all of whom contribute to successful projects.
Simon is Managing Director of CCB Envico and Reeves International, providing strong strategic oversight and technical direction of projects. He holds a Bachelor of Planning and Design, a Bachelor of Building and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Melbourne.
Simon is particularly interested in the environmental implications of construction and is an advocate for minimal adverse environmental impacts for all Reeves Envico project-related activities. To anticipate and move with the dynamic changes that affect the construction industry, Simon communicates and guides the team in the Reeves Envico commitments which are intended to optimize our environmental, social and economic sustainability.
With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and over 15 of those years as Director, Simon brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the Reeves Envico Group. He is an invaluable Director who leads by example, constantly traveling to all projects, championing the need to facilitate a positive workplace safety culture, and delivering quality projects on time.
Operations and Compliance Manager
David has 20 years of experience delivering overseas projects for the Commonwealth Government. Managing Reeves Envico operations in the Pacific Region for the past 11 years, David has a thorough understanding of our clients' requirements and strategies in the delivery of infrastructure that achieves development outcomes. David has a Bachelor of Public Policy and Management from the University of Melbourne. He has been a guest lecturer for Monash University Master Degree, International Development and Environment (lecturing in capacity building and logical frameworks), a holder of Distinguished Service Medal (Australian Red Cross) and Humanitarian Overseas Service Medal (Australian Government).
David has managed tendering to secure continuous business for the delivery of projects in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the Pacific Region. David now leads the company's Compliance and Risk Management, improving the business management system in support of the Business Strategy, and supporting better management reporting, information flow, business process, and organizational planning.
Shelley joined CCB Envico/Reeves International in 2018, bringing with her 15 years' experience in construction accounting and finance. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, is a qualified chartered accountant and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
As Financial Controller, Shelley is responsible for the Company’s accounting, treasury, and financial operations. Shelley’s priority is to ensure the finance functions of Reeves Envico remain robust in order to support the successful delivery of our projects. Her strength in providing financial insight is invaluable to the growth of the Company.
Al is presently the Construction Manager for the Built Environment division focusing on the construction of buildings both in Australia and internationally. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in 2005 as well as a number of industry qualifications, OH&S Training (White Card), Level 2 First Aid, OH&S Certificate III, OH&S Certificate IV, Master Builders of Australia & AS 4801 Trained Auditor.
Al has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years with a broad range of roles and experiences, which include on-site, estimating, contracts administration & project management.
Over the past 5 years, Al has delivered over $50M in contracts ranging from $5M to $15M in the international development & aid sector with a focus on Major Building Construction, Refurbishment and Civil Infrastructure Projects, Airport Terminals & Coastal Protection in remote and difficult environments for Clients such as The World Bank, The Asian Development Bank, Australian Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade (DFAT) and New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade (MFAT).
Bryce is the Construction Manager for the Water & Environmental division, focusing primarily on water and wastewater infrastructure. He completed his Bachelor of Environments (Built Environment) at the University of Melbourne before joining the company full-time.
Bryce takes an active role in new business and has taken a leading role in securing significant projects including the $23M Dubbo Sewage Treatment Plant (NSW, Australia) and the $34M Drouin Wastewater Treatment Plant (Drouin, Victoria).
During his 10 years with CCB Envico, Bryce has overseen the delivery of almost $74M worth of diverse projects throughout the eastern seaboard of Australia and several Pacific island nations. Notable projects include the $23M Dubbo Sewage Treatment Plant (NSW, Australia), the $8M Cassidy International Airport Terminal (Kiritimati, Republic of Kiribati), the $3.5M Auki Water Supply Improvement (Auki, Solomon Islands) and the $4M Jimmy’s Beach Sand Pumping Station (Hawk’s Nest, NSW).
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING
Dan is presently a Project Director for the delivery of key projects as well as managing business development and emerging markets for CCB Envico, Reeves and in strategic joint venture initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Planning & Design University of Melbourne (2001) and Bachelor of Property Development & Construction Management (2003) at the University of Melbourne, OH&S Certificate IV, Master Builders of Australia (2008), as well as NV2 clearance
Dan takes a lead role in resolving contractual and commercial challenges – overseeing financial key performance indicators of a project and offering strategic and financial direction and instruction to the project team. Dan assesses risk, preserves and improves the company’s procedures and standards as well as the performance of projects.
His 19 years of experience include the direction and management of civil, industrial, commercial, high-density residential and site remediation projects ranging from AU$1,000,000 to AU$40,000,000 in value. Daniel has been responsible for overseeing and managing the financial performance of projects as they progress.
Conrad is the Estimating and Procurement Manager focusing on Pre-Contract / Tendering, and Construction and Cost Engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Civil & Infrastructure Engineering at the RMIT University.
He takes a lead role in delivering a continuous flow of new business and identifying future opportunities through competitive tendering and building on current projects.
Conrad has 10 years of industry experience, beginning as a project engineer delivering civil packages on some of Melbourne’s most high profile building projects. A move into the building environment brought focus on managing costs and procurement for high-quality design and construct builds across multi-residential, commercial, and government projects. Conrad uses his experience with design, value management, and procurement to ensure our jobs are carefully planned out from inception, enabling a smooth delivery phase for all stakeholders.
Tina is the Marketing Manager and Tender Administrator, playing a key role in growing, supporting and diversifying Reeves Envico's market globally. She holds a Bachelor of Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University with a Minor degree in French languages.
As the Marketing Manager, Tina is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans for Reeves Envico. She specialises in corporate and digital/social media marketing, ensuring that the Reeves Envico brand engages its key stakeholders and maintains visibility in the various countries it operates in. As Tender Administrator, Tina leads the document management and collaboration system for bids and tenders, working with the Estimating team in organising submissions.
Tina joined the Reeves Envico group with over 10 years' international experience in Business Development and Marketing. Prior to Reeves Envico, she served as Business Development and Marketing Manager at the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) office in Manila, Philippines, as well as in a global public relations network.
